Formulation
40 to 80 X 106 cells in flask containing recommended culture medium or frozen cell pellet in cryoprotectant.
Product Usage
Cell culture. Use RPMI 1640 medium; 10% Horse Serum; 5% Fetal Bovine Serum. For neuronal differentiation, use 1% Horse Serum + 50 ng/ml nerve growth factor.
Testing
Proliferation (4 day doubling time) and differentiation tested on a substrate of rat-tail collagen.
Storage
Place in culture immediately upon arrival; 35° humidified CO2 incubator. Use 5 to 7.5% CO2.
