Formulation
10 to 20 X 10^6 cells in flask containing RPMI 1640 culture medium and 5% fetal bovine serum or frozen cell pellet in cryoprotectant.
Product Usage
Cell culture. Useful for large-scale cell culture to provide human cellular proteins for purification and analysis in downstream applications. Adapt well to a wide variety of culture media. Fetal bovine serum at 5% is recommended.
Testing
Cultured on tissue culture plastic in 5% fetal bovine serum with either DMEM or RPMI 1640.
Storage
Place in culture immediately upon arrival; 35-37° humidified CO2 incubator. Use 5 to 7.5% CO2.
