Overview

Convenient ready-to-use protease inhibitor compatible with in vitro arginine methyltransferase reactions. Dilute 4 μl/ml of pre-warmed (~55°) assay buffer; vortex and cool immediately in wet ice prior to addition of enzyme, substrate and S-Adenosylmethionine for methyltransferase assay.
